Understand our refund process and terms for purchased products
1. ALL SALES FINAL
All purchases are final once payment is received.
2. NO REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds after successful delivery of a product or service.
3. DELIVERY ISSUES
If we are unable to deliver your order due to our error, we may at our discretion:
- Provide a replacement, or
- Issue a full or partial refund
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive the wrong or damaged product, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with proof. We will review the case and may offer a replacement.
5. ACCOUNT-BASED PRODUCTS
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any account-based product after delivery. Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the buyer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for issues occurring after delivery.
